Registration deadline: May 24, 2025 (limited spots available)

Pre-Boxed Lunch ($15.00/meal):

(Pickup and pay between 10:00am and 12:00 noon)

Important Notes:


• Bring table easels (small to medium sized canvases only).

• No wall or panel space available.

• All artwork must be labeled and priced.

• No commission on sales; donations welcome.- No alternate plans for weather.

• Art will be displayed and sold on site; unsold pieces returned end of weekend.

• Painting hours: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM.

• Please use the side entrance of the gallery to drop off art and pick up lunch.

• Site selection sign-up is at 10:00 AM daily.
